The Nrityanjali Theatre, in collaboration with the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Cultural Co-operation, will present a classical dance drama entitled “Shaktiyana — The Primordial Energy” for Divali 2014. The show takes place on October 11 and 12 at Queen’s Hall, St Ann’s from 6pm.
The Theatre will be collaborating with musicians Prashant Patasar, Sharda Patasar, Surja Chakravorty and Nagashwer Lal Karan. Arti Natu, known as one of the finest Bharatnatyam dancers of today, will also be featured in the show.
